2024-2025 Season Rates and Amenities

Pre-Opening Pass

Our pre-opening pass is $4,000 paid in full at booking for 2025. This option includes selection of your ideal location and storage of camper during the winter months at no additional charge. Upon the official opening in 2024, this pass allows you to camp for free for the remainder of the season.

Regular Season Pass

Our regular season pass requires a $500 deposit to secure your 2025 spot. You will get to choose the location, and the remaining balance will be due March 1, 2025.

5-Year Pass

Our 5 year pass includes a free year of camping when the first 4 are paid in full. You will be able to pick your desired location, camp for free for the remainder of 2024 upon opening, and be granted free storage of camper during off season months.

Short-Term Stays

Short term stay rates are as follows:

$250/week
$50/night (3 night minimum)
