Single Season Pass

Our regular season pass requires a $500 deposit to secure your 2025 spot. You will get to choose the location with the remaining balance of $3,500 plus tax due March 15, 2026.

5-Year Pass

Our 5 year pass includes a free year of camping when the first 4 are paid in full.

Short-Term Stays

Short term stay rates are as follows:

• $800/month

• $250/week

• $50/night (3 night minimum)

• Pond access for water activities (paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, and kayaking)

• Easy access to the High Trestle Trail
